Bone Broth is a delicious, easy and inexpensive way of getting essential nutrients through food!  Rich in minerals such as calcium, magnesium & phosphorus, bone broth supports immune function and joint & bone health.  I’ve added a few special extra ingredients in mine to give it an extra immune boosting support.  Check out my video to see how I make it.
